Changes to the Advice Service

The Students’ Union Advice Service will continue to provide students based at Greenwich and Avery Hill with generalist advice across a broad range of issues. Over the next few weeks, it will run on reduced staffing, until back up to its full complement of two advisers. I hope to be able to give a firm indication of when normal service will be resumed very soon. In the meantime, the following interim procedures should be followed when students contact the SU seeking advice and an Adviser is not available on site.

Students must click here and complete this form and e-mail it to .  The address will be checked once every day and decisions made about how best to progress issues raised. In the immediate future, academic matters will be prioritised with other matters likely to be referred to the relevant Student Centre. Such referral will only happen after due consultation  whilst respecting confidentiality issues.
